Students are encouraged to set up an e-wallet to shop the fair. If you have already set up an e-wallet, simply log into your scholastic account and activate if for the Spring Fair. If you have not yet set up an e-wallet, you can create one through the fair home page. The e-wallet link can then be shared with family and friends if they wish to contribute funds for student purchases.
Many teachers/staff have set up e-wallets. Please reach out to the teacher for their e-wallet information if you would like to donate funds for them to shop the fair. If you would prefer to purchase a book rather than donate funds, please reach out to Book Fair Chair, Kristen Sherman, via email at [email protected] for assistance.
Please feel free to contact Kristen with any additional questions about the Book Fair!

HELP US TELL SWIFTY'S STORY: DEADLINE MARCH 31
We are asking students for their thoughts about Swifty's beginnings and his daily life. Students are welcome to write a story, submit a few sentences, or draw pictures to share their thoughts.
These stories will be shared with a local author (and former Swift Creek alum) and used as a basis for a story about Swifty's life at the Creek! Your drawing might be included as an illustration in the book.
So far, we've received 2 awesome stories! And we want many, many more! Plus pictures! We need lots of pictures!
Here are some questions to get you started:
- Where was Swifty born?
- What was Swifty’s life like as a little cub?
- How did Swifty come to live at Swift Creek?
- Does Swifty have any brothers or sisters?
- What does Swifty do during the school day?
- What is Swifty’s favorite food? Favorite color? Favorite toy?
The deadline for entries is March 31.
You can turn in your entries to your teacher or submit them online at http://tinyurl.com/SwiftysStory.
