How to prepare for a hurricane
By now, you have heard that all Wake County Schools will close 2 1/2 hours early on Thursday and will be closed on Friday. Please make sure that your child's teacher knows exactly how your child will get home on Thursday, as well as any other early release or inclement weather day.
Also, your wonderful SCES Student Support Services Team has prepared the following list of resources to help you prepare for a storm.
Hurricane Florence is on our minds right now as we try to continue on with the normal day-to-day activities. Safety is always a SCES priority, in and out of school. As you make physical preparations, don’t forget to prepare your children too. Below you will find some resources regarding preparations for the upcoming weather event.
