Happy Sunday, everyone! What another crazy week it has been. As you probably heard by now, students will not be returning to in person instruction on Wed, Jan 20. The Wake County School board decided to continue remote instruction through mid-February.
Please be sure to see Mr. Propst's Friday email for more information. http://swiftcreekeswcpssnetptahtml.weebly.com/home/message-from-mr-propst-jan-15
We know that this is a challenging time for ALL of our families. Some days at my own house are a struggle. If you need to vent/chat, please know that we are hear to listen. Any of our board members are happy to talk.
Thank you for all you continue to do to keep our community strong and the special place it is!
Marie, Deb, Sarah, Dana, and Lauren

Positivity Project
This week in the Positivity Project, students will learn about the character strength: Perseverance
WHAT IT MEANS
You complete what you start despite obstacles. You never give up.
WHY IT MATTERS
For individuals, persistence can be directly connected to an individual’s ability to be successful throughout their life. Those who persevere through setbacks often reap the benefits of the success gained by refusing to give up.
On a group level, perseverance can be contagious. A single group member’s ability or willingness to persevere can have a substantial impact on those working with him/her and the team. Groups that show high levels of perseverance are able to achieve goals they may not have believed possible.
