It is official! Spring is here! I hope you've had a great weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
It is hard to believe that Friday is the end of the third quarter for this school year. Only one quarter left and June 10 will be here before you know it. As we wrap up this year, it is time to start planning for NEXT year. We are currently seeking nominations for individuals interested in serving as a PTA officer or committee chair next year. We are looking for nominations ALL officer positions! If you are interested, please contact Nominating Chair, Sarah Lewis at [email protected]. She would love to hear from you!

Update from Cougar Front Runners
A BIG THANK YOU to all of the parent volunteers and Grade Captains! With over 100 children, having your leadership for each grade level was a huge help and really helped everything to run smoothly! We have made some tweaks that will help with logistics so keep an eye out for some updated volunteer communication coming soon.
Everyone was so excited and full of energy and it was great to start our day moving our bodies. Please continue to encourage your children to get at least 30-45 minutes of exercise a day. With the weather warming up, be sure to get out side and get active!
You can also encourage children to STRETCH while watching TV. Why not sit on the floor and touch your toes while watching your favorite morning cartoon!? We look forward to the next Run Club meets and seeing how many miles are run!
If you have any questions, please contact Healthy Lifestyles chair Lisa Kropilak at [email protected].
