Run Club closed out its season on Wednesday. The kids had so much fun with this activity! Thank you to Lisa Kropilak [email protected] and Mr. Hines for organizing this great activity!
On Friday, we had our first EOG pep rally! Cheerleaders from Athens High School excited the kids with their acrobats! 2nd grade put on a very special EOG performance, and the students did a few Tik Tok challenges. We capped the event off with the cereal box domino chain! Because of your generosity, we collected 490 cereal boxes.
Check out this video of Mrs. Fallon starting the chain reaction.
Here's to a normal week at the Creek! Looking forward to the Memorial Day weekend (next week!)

THANK YOU to the parents and Athens cheerleaders who helped set up our dominos. We had so many boxes that they literally went down one side of the track! The frequent breezes kept knocking parts of the chain down but our volunteers were there to make sure everything was ready for the big moment! Thank you to Jessi Andricks, Sarah Black, Deborah Killion, Kristen Sherman, Mr. DeMers, Mrs. Wils and her second grade class, and Mrs. Hizer!

Check out this fun poem that I found while digging through some Swift Creek memorabilia. It is from the Poetry book that 5th grade students created in 2006. I can't wait to see what other amazing stories and nuggets we can collect.
