Hopefully, a normal week is ahead of us this week. Temperatures are predicted to be above freezing all week, so hopefully no school closings or delays due to the weather.
Here is a summary of what's happening this week at Swift Creek:
* Reminder: The PTA meeting for March 10 has been cancelled. Instead, we will meet on Monday, March 16 from 12-1 in the media center. You are welcome to join us.
* Math Night at the Food Lion in the Swift Creek shopping center is this week. Wednesday, March 11 is for K-2, and Thursday, March 12 is for 3-5. Come join the fun!!!
* This is the last week to donate books to the Wake Up and Read program. Ms. Ramsey is collecting new and gently used books in the media center. These books are given to at-risk schools in Wake County. Please help us donate 500 books to this wonderful program.
